Client Hosting and Support

All software is vulnerable and needs to be updated regularly to stay secure and ensure it is up to date with the latest technology.

Your website is a critical part of your business and our client support plans give you peace of mind that your website is being looked after.

Additionally, we include content changes for you each month (all plans) and consulting on strategy (gold and platinum plans) so you can continue to make the most of your site while keeping your time spent on it to a minimum, giving you more time to do what you do best in your business.

All plan include backups offsite with daily backups for the database (which contains all the content and settings for your site) and regular backups of the entire set of files of the site. In the rare event that something happens, we can go back tothe most recent backup and restore the site in a short time and get it all up and running again and working for your business.

For additional work, we can work on a discounted hourly rate or quote on a project basis.

If you request something that is outside the plans, we'll let you know and often just charge the extra at the discounted hourly rate so there is no hold up to getting it done.

Our plans all come with hosting which we prefer you to use because we know it is reliable for running our websites.

However if you have other reasons for wanting to use your existing hosting, we can adjust the monthly rate and put you on the relevant support plan accordingly.

We will set up direct debit using your credit card or bank account details and your account will be debited at the start of each month for the month ahead.

You can cancel your service at any time by notifying us before the start of the next billing date (start of the month).

If you site is hosted with us and you wish to move it elsewhere, then we will give you the details to do that.

We don't host websites without them being on a client support plan as we want to ensure they are looked after properly and it compromises our other sites on the server if they aren't.
